Thanks Pippagirl. My OH is picking up the form from the bank today and Im going to take it back on Mon, ive changed my bankruptcy hearing to Wed just in case its not processed immediately.0

Why don't you just apply for a disassociation after your bankruptcy? It'll have the same affect anyway but once your BR is confirmed they'll remove your name from the account and you can then apply for the disassociation.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Last time I checked, the CRAs said they would reject any disassociation just based on the bankruptcy of one debtor/signatory. Or that it was subsequently settled by one party.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
