An item i sold 5 weeks ago has been returned to me by Royal mail due to non collection.
Heard nothing from the buyer and nothing from my messages sent to him.
Anyone know what happens next? When can i realist?

I'd be tempted to refund minus the postage & send a message explaining why. Submit a cancellation request. Leave it a few weeks to see if there's a response and then re-list.0

The first thing you need to do is to refund the buyer who did not collect the item. You cant keep the money they paid.
Then you can relist it because it belongs to you again.0 -
