Pairing powerline adapters?

Hi I am looking to buy 2 more powerline adapters and was wondering if I could change the make and model and still get them to pair.
I have already got TP-LINK TL-PA211KIT 200Mbps Mini Powerline Ethernet adapter kit, twin pack and they seem to work quite well. They are on offer agin at Currys and , with a discount code , can get them for £24.99.
However, Talktalk have got the plug through powerlines for £35 but these are a different make..... the plug through would be really useful.....
any thoughts on this please?

Sorry didn't make myself clear.... will the 2 different brands pair together?

You should be ok.
The 200 and the 500 work together although at the speed of the lowest ones.
There are a couple of standards which cover homeplugs and while I cant remember the version numbers your 200s are recent enough to be the current version.
I have run several different brands (all 200) with no problem.0 -
Powerline is a universal standard and they are backwards compatible-though as mentioned above they will only run at the speed of the slowest one on the network. No free lunch, and no free laptop
