Kitchen Cupboard Doors fell off

Hi folks,
My 13 month old daughter has been using the handles of doors of the kitchen cupboards she can reach and has been pulling downwards on them.
I doing this she has pulled the top hinge away from one of them.
The problem seems to be now that the hole that the screw goes into is bigger than the screws, so when you screw it back it it does not hold.
In the photo set below you should be able to see the holes in the cupboard where the screws used to go in, the hinge and an example of one that is still screwed in the wall.
Does anyone have a good technique on how to fix this?
Sorry to ask a question that is maybe really obvious to people that know what they are doing, but I was never very good with my hands myself, and can't afford to pay a real handy man.
cheers

I am no expert but when this happened to a cupboard at work the joiner who fixed it used match sticks as a form of plug for the screws. However, I am sure some more competent DIY person will have a better solution.0

Simple job.
Never knew they existed!
Thanks, off to buy some myself. :TLose is to not win......Loose is not tight......get it right!0 -
The problem with those plates, is that the hinge is no longer flush with the side of the cupboard - and while you can adjust a little, often the doors dont close correctly.
Use wood glue, and match sticks as suggested earlier. Once the matchsticks have dried inplace, re-screw the hinge in and it will grip into the new wood.0 -
if there is another panel or cabinet next to it use either a 25 or 30mm screw and screw through to that0

This is exactly what my dad did to repair a door hinge with the same problem in my daughter's room! Seems to have worked fine so far!0 -
Yep, hinge repair plates. Alternatively use an epoxy filler on the holes that you can drive screws into.0

What type of cupboard is next to the affected door?
Could you not drill through and put a nut/bolt to secure the hinge?
