Has anything changed with this new legislation?
Irrespective of who may or may not have been driving the car at the material time, is the advice still to ignore the begging letters and scare tactics of PPC's?

In short terms, the easiest option is to continue to ignore.0 -
Providing you are the registered keeperExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

Not a lot - Ignore is still the best option if you can't be bothered engaging with them.
