New energy customer
Hi, I'm moving into a new flat and do not currently have an account with any suppliers. There will be two of us in a 50 square m flat. Our previous bills with British Gas for a similar flat worked out as £33 per month for gas and £25 per month for elec.
Can anyone suggest the best supplier/contract to go with and is it best to fix or not? Thanks very much

But you do already have a supplier, you are in a deemed contract from day one with the existing suppliers. You must register with them on entry and submit opening readings. Once you have an account with them, you can then switch if you wish, which will take 4-6 weeks.
There is no 'cheapest' supplier, it depends on region and consumption. No free lunch, and no free laptop
