UKIncentives & Promotions; scam or not?

I just happen to have read all these posts today after a call to my bank and wanted to let people know that this Incentives site has taken £20 out of my bank account without authorisation! I am having it investigated at the moment.

I have the same form asking for £20 to claim your guaranteed reward value of £2500+. Now if the company are behind on their tax payments and company house list them as "having their accounts overdue" then what is happening as "hollydays" post was in July 2007 and now it is April 2008?

I know this company is the same as European Vacations which operate from the same address.
