After three phone calls one email and non returned calls to Sp I finally had the luck to get Adam to change the tariff on my account. A process that I had requested in September. Could not believe how long this had taken and how many people said they would do it and then did not. I noted down names dates and times, so frustrating.
Anyway, done now thanks to Adam who even rang back to confirm that I had checked the account on line.

  • It really shouldn't be that difficult.

Adam sounds just great, but you cannot take his word for anything until your next bill arrives and confirms your computer-generated tariff/billing arrangements
