Reconciling Data via 2 Excel Spreadsheet.

Hi All,

The situation is as follows:

I have a spreadsheet called "data" that has a list of numbers within column D.

On spreadsheet 2 called reconciling I have a column (B) via which the numbers on column D of the data spreadsheet are manually input, within column C of the reconciling spreadsheet I want it to flag any numbers that are missing from Column B that are on column D of the data spreadsheet, is this possible to do?

=if(COUNTIF(Data!D:D,$B2)=0,"Missing","")

So it is possible.

You can also link the spreadsheet to external data and it will pull them in itself so no manual input
