Redundancy Cover

Hiya
I have applied for income protection and life assurance (also have life insurance policy) with LV joint with my partner. They refused me on medical grounds apparantly which is fine as I get 6 months full and 6 months half pay from work for sickness.
I was wondering where is the best place to get just redundancy cover (very little chance for myself and also my husbands work place are trying to keep him from leaving lol). Everywhere I am looking just for redundancy we are looking at approx £15 each for £527 a month payout after 30 days and for 12 months.
Thanks!!

If there is very little chance why do you want to pay for it?
Its normally difficult enough to get people to pay for something they do need, let alone something they dont need!
If you want it though, i would probably speak to a broker.
The same goes for life/income protection insurance. Just because you have medical issues doesnt mean you cant get cover, speak to a broker they can go to other insurers who might be more lenient.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
