  • Have you also read that on the POPLA web site it also says making and appeal against the PPC to POPLA that - "Be aware that chances of success are minimal" and "The BPA has advised PPCs to immediately make a court claim in the event they win at POPLA yet fail to receive payment."

I wonder why very few PPCs are making court claims after a POPLA win then ???
Could it be that they are still not sure of a win??
You PPCs should either put up or shut up eh Cheeky982?;)

And where exactly on the POPLA website does it say this then, Cheeky?

Just wanted to add this Parking Prankster blog I read:

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/secret-reasons-you-can-use-in-your.html

Explains that POPLA will consider ANY grounds of appeal.

I know, but the troll didn't say which one, and it's that site that this thread is all about after all.

Having recognised that it was possibly a PPC troll, I wanted to put him to proof on the REAL thing - as you would with a PPC at POPLA. He referred to it as 'The POPLA website', which, patently, it was not.

Additionally the statement 'Be aware that chances of success are minimal' is definitely NOT now correct; BL produced this website around the time of his own POPLA appealread going forward, with subsequent rejection. Current results show that more than 60% of POPLA appeals are won. Hardly 'minimal'.

Whatever, my challenge to him was not responded to, and he, much like a PPC, had no legitimate answer - and disappeared :).
