hi,
i have a DRO was that set up in Dec 2011, as i understand the debts are discharged after a year. Can anybody tell me what the process is when the 1 year mark approaches, does the OR contact me asking for proof that my circumstances are unchanged? Or do I contact them? Do i need to provide bank statements, benefit evidence etc or do these things get checked without me having to do anything? When and how am I informed.
thanks

Hello there.
The discharge process is normally automatic, you wouldn't have to do anything.

Hello. I am new to this forum and looking for some advise. I have completed my DRO and wondered what is the best way to improve my credit rating? I have aback account that doesn't have an overdraft, I have a mobile phone contact. Should I get a credit card? And if so who with?
