Firstly I'm on a diet, so of course my preferences are not what I'm currently eating .. though the mere thought may tempt me otherwise ;)

..... bacon - smoked, back bacon fried in butter served in white bread ..... with a fried egg ....

Don't worry I won't mention .. black pudding or mushrooms at this point ;)

.. So for me, .... cereal and semi skimmed milk, yeh ... hmmmm ....

I love really nice thick cut smoked bacon with fried mushrooms and a bit of fried bread on the side.

Might just have some cereal with skimmed milk tho

I quite like the tip out the excess fat from the cooked bacon (into the sink - sorry Thriftlady). Then throw the sliced bread into the pan and fry that in the film of oil thats left. Quick turn and fry the other side to dry it a bit and then use that for my bacon sarnie. Makes it crisp and tasty! Bloody gorgeous infact!
