BT - pleasant surprise!

I signed up with BT for interwebs/landline some time ago - motivated partly by an offer for £30 cashback and a £25 sainsburys voucher. I had to send many emails to get the voucher - with CS reps repeatedly and inaccurately telling me I wasn't due one because I signed up by phone not through bt.com (until I sent a screenshot of the validation page.)
Anyway - months later due to lovefilm/netfix hd streaming I needed to upgrade to unlimited usage. They had an offer of infinity speed bb for the same price as standard, no extra installation and another £50 in sainsburys vouchers.
The upgrade went great with openreach arriving on correct day and installing service with no problems (and nice friendly engineers.) And today I received the £50 voucher through the post without any fuss.
