Santander esaver interest

Opened my first account with Santander - esaver issue 7. First deposit was credited on 1st October. Checked today 1st November for the first monthly interest and as expected - nothing!!

Anyone know when they pay monthly interest?

Could ring them but can't be bothered as they'll probably try and sell me something!!

T&Cs say monthly on the anniversary of opening - so should be today though it might be the month after funds cleared so maybe in a few days time?

Thanks guys. Yes, Halifax's Online Saver interest was a day later than expected so probably something similar with Santander.

Mine credits the same day as the first deposit - probably goes in at close of business (never checked the timing).

Be sure that is actually is the monthly interest option (you ask for it when applying) You can find this information in 'the full account description' on your pages.

Yes, it showed up Friday morning dated Thursday 1st. So probably applied late Thursday as some commented! Thanks guys!
