Right bad month so far with budget so trying to stretch what I have as far as I can! Did list of what's in the freezer the other day, I know roughly what's in the rest so here goes my next 7 days worth, no particular day order. Unfortnately it'll be a little boring as one thing I don't have a lot of is meat so padding out where I can with a bag of flavoured soya I have. Alternatives for kids there when needed. Fruit and veg depends on what's in and needs using. Lunches there is soups, sandwich stuff, beans etc. DS packed lunches need doing from Tuesday but I think I have most in for that, must remember to do him some jellies.
Omlettes (probably Saturday)
Chilli and baked potato (we're still getting through that batch cook chilli!)
Chicken fajitas with potato wedges
Mince and dumplings with mash and veg (with soya)
Canneloni with garlic bread (with soya) (then the cannelonis all gonepleased as such a faff on!)
Sausage casserole with roasties and veg
Chicken kebabs, with pita breads and chips
Well so far that gets another weeks main meals from what I have in. Yep consists of mince, chicken and sausages when it comes to meat, all I have left in. There is some fish but keeping this for the kids when we have chilli. Only things I will need to go with that is fruit, eggs and veg which gets delivered Thursday and some sandwich meats for lunches. Other than that I shouldn't really have to get anything so hoping to resist temptation! One day I might be more organised...........

Friday's my treat night too, although on a [strike]diet[/strike] healthy eating plan at the moment so trying to do homemade healthier versions of my favourites. My treat on Friday is the garlic bread which I love.
