D r o

Hello,
I have a bit of a problem and I hope someone can help me sort it.
I obtained a D R O on May 2009, and the moratorium period was for 1 year after which all debts are deemed to be written off.
I have checked my credit report and both Barclaycard and Shop Direct Finance still have me listed as in default. How can this be when the debt no longer exists? Furthmore, SDF sold the debt on to MKDP in October 2010, 5 months AFTER the DRO had ended and the debt was deemed as unenforceable. After providing proof to MKDP they accept that the debt is no longer being pursued. So if they own the debt and wont chase me for it, how can SDF still claim I am in default?
I contacred Noddle about this and they said SDF advised me to contact then directly to 'discuss the matter further' What is there to discuss. I have also sent them (and Barclaycard) all the proof they need. They ignored my letters. What can I do next, is there any action I can take against these dimwits?
