Hi there are a few developments near me! I live near Redhill and i know there are some up there i cant recall what they are called but i know they are looked are being sold through Ward&Partners. They look really nice 3 Bedroom Houses , what is your budget? I think if you put in estate agents in south and look on there new homes pages you might find what you are looking for! I am looking for a new home and have been using Cubitt & West who deal in the sussex, Surrey area. But you can always use rightmove like everyone does but you might get more detail directly through the individual sites. Or you could go on the developers site. Hope that helps0
