Just spotted this in the T's + C's (emphasis my own):

Each prize winner will be contacted by phone between 9am and 4pm and announced on the Krave Facebook page between 5pm and 6pm the next working day following each competition. If we are unable to contact you by phone on our first attempt we will select another winner. We will continue this process until a winner for each competition has been spoken to and confirmed.

In other words, make sure you give an accurate phone number and stay by your phone at all times between 9am and 4pm! :eek:
