Due to the effect of mobility on spousal employment should those military families who now no longer qualify for Child Benefit still be able to claim? Cast your Yes/No vote in the Quick Poll at www.aff.org.uk - if you have any comments please post them here.

No. If Military life disrupts spousal employment then that should be compensated by the Military employemnt package specifically rather than a differing budget.
Isn't this already included in the X-factor calculation anyway?0 -
But will there honestly be many families though who will be affected by the changes?0

I think the main concern has been about the wives whose spouses are posted overseas where there is little chance of work. Child benefit covers your NI stamp as a spouse with regard to your state pension upon retirement, if the spouse loses CB they will lose that aspect. However you can claim NIC's back now via HMRC so that should not be an issue.Grab life by the balls before it grabs you by the neck.0
