You only just missed Cambridge! Newmarket road had about 3 boxes of Chardonnay left (proud to say I didn't clear the shelf) at 1600 and they went thru with both discounts.... Always on the ball that store!!

Shame, I think this is about the third time we've been able to use this 'double discount' Now the Telegraph reported it yesterday, and the Mail this morning I imagine Tesco will be more careful in the future.

Worked like a dream in Tesco, Bramley, Leeds last night. Managed to get 36 bottles of Ogio Chard (total £54 / £1.50 bottle!). Went back for another 12 but the remaining bottles had gone. I don't think it was another shopper I think the manager took them off the shelf. I'm going to try another Tesco tonight after work if it is still working!

Popped in to the Tesco near my workplace again at about 7.50am this morning and the offer was still there, (3 bottles of Ogio for £12), but there were no bottles left!

Having just read an article in the Mail Online, it quotes a Tesco spokesman who says the glitch has now been fixed. Oh well I was lucky and got 24 bottles :j

Apparently Ogio fixed , however other wines still going through on glitch as reported on hukd.

Apparently still working this morning, even on Ogio if you can find any in stock.
I got 12 bottles yesterday, am tempted to go back today to get some for teachers, nursery staff etc for Christmas.

It's still working guys, please don't be too concerned about the publicity affecting the 'glitch.'
This has happened 6 times in 2 years and the discount applies right through to the end of the offer. The trick is to find the stock. Some stores will stop putting it out on the shelves either due to managers being worried about it being a mistake or staff taking advantage of the offer.
Bought 9 more bottles of Hardys VR Cab Sauv on 3for£12 this morning (6 for the Mother-in-Law) and it went through at yesterdays price.
Can't confirm the Ogio today but I doubt it's changed or 'been fixed.'
I'm sure this is a Tesco promotion to get us through the doors for cheap wine so we buy other stuff (and it's worked). I'm not complaining!!!
