I get paid the last working day of every month and it is now 1AM on the 1st of Nov and I haven't got paid.
What should I do? All my SO's and payments will go out soon?
I resigned this week not sure if that had something to do with it?!?!?
Not sure if Lloyds TSB is having issues. My SO has not left my account either - its my rent which goes out on the 1st but there is not enough funds for it.

But surely legally they can't do this? It says in the contract I must be paid the last day of every monthDebt 1 June 2017: £35,000.00 ~ Debt now: £10,0000 -
I have heard of companies stopping salaries if they are going to be over paying.
They would still be liable for breeching the contract and any costs you inccur from non payment of money owed.
Though not all banks clear BACS at 0000hrs, some do at 0100hrs/0230/0330.
if you was expecting it to be at 0100hrs, because the clocks changed it could of shifted an hour also?0 -

The last day of the month was yesterday and I guess the OP was waiting all day for it to hit the back but maybe should have asked work yesterday in the day when it didn't hit. I would have.I have heard of companies stopping salaries if they are going to be over paying.
