Travel insurance -Insurefor

Recently had to make a travel insurance claim with this company following burglary at the holiday villa where we were staying. We returned from dinner to find the wall safe containing money valuables passports etc had been wrenched from the wall and taken away. Various other personal items were taken and the villa ransacked When we returned home despite police report photos owners statement various evidence to substantiate legitimacy of claim Aria (insurefor assessors) sent me a settlement letter today for 25% of the combined total including claiming two lots of excess totalling £140! absolutely appalling This experience was almost as traumatic as the burglary.Robbed on holiday and robbed on our return, whatever happened to honesty and integrity A traumatic experience
