Fake item recieved :(

I recieved an item today, an Armani top. However it is massive, definately not the size it stated. Also it actualy looks fake.
What do i do? Would i have to pay for the return costs? That would mean i am out of pocket no?

It was recorded delivery and i signed for it :(
  • Steveo. Why would you tell people to claim INR when you know full when that they have received it?

That is stealing from the seller and also its stealing from Royal Mail.

    I have reported you.

    Any Advice?
  • Also it actualy looks fake.

Follow the Ebay process, you'll need to upload a letter certifying fakosity from an Armani retailer, then you'll get refunded and told the destroy the item.

Yes I did. I have purchased many designer items from eBay and they are original.

Ok, the seller has agreed to give a refund once he receives the item. What kind of service should i send the parcel? Recorded 2nd class do?

Ebayers need to use their loaf,if a seller is selling say a Ralph Lauren boys shirt for say £12.99 this isint because its overstock it isint because they got a good deal with their wholesaler its £12.99 because it arrived in a joblot from china FACT.

Remember these eBay sellers have 00000.1% chance of finding and paying for genuine Ralph Lauren stock as Ralph Lauren genuine stockists don't just sell items to any larry who owns a shop on eBay.

Also don't take no notice with a title new with tags as china wholesalers send fake tags along with their fake clothes attached.

I'm not 100% sure, but if you open a dispute with EBAY (not paypal) saying it's fake, then the seller has to prove it's genuine.

If they can't do that, then you'll get a refund.

If you just want to send it back as the seller has suggested, then you MUST send it tracked.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
