I've got the wifi Google Nexus 7. Is there any way i can use 3g , for example with a dongle?

You'd need a MiFi or if you have a smart phone that could be set up to act as a WiFi access point (Android easier than iPhone and not sure about others).
There will be a new Nexus with a 3G option very soon (or even already available) but too late now I guess.0
