Cheap hotel in Leeds

Hi I am thinking of going to Leeds next weekend (10th) and need somewhere cheap to stay for one night, I have looked on the comparison sites but everything is out of budget or too far out (in Wakefield or Bradford!) I know not everywhere appears on the comparison sites so does anyone know of anywhere, doesn't need to be posh or anything just not too grim and grotty. Hoping for under 50 in city centre (probably dreaming)
thanks
thanks

As in earlier post, would recommend Leeds Holiday Inn Express next to the Armouries. Have stayed there twice this year, about 15 minutes walk to city centre by the canal. Good value for money, clean rooms and a quiet location. Breakfast is included.0

I used this offer thanks for recommending it. Good value especially as it included breakfast (shame I was too hungover to take advantage!"It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice." :T0 -
