No contact or payment from buyer

Hi!

I have just introduced my sister to Ebay and she sold her first item on Thursday last week for just over £200. As it was a large item she said on the listing that it would need to be collection or to contact before listing ended to check courier costs.

The lady that bought the item did request a courier cost which we calculated through My Hermes and the lady was happy with.

Then she messaged my sister to say that she couldn't pay through Paypal as they wanted £95 off her first?? (Assuming she must have some sort of debt on her account if this is possible) but could she pay by bank transfer which my sister agreed to.

Anyway now almost a week later my sister still has had no payment, we messaged her yesterday asking when payment will be made and still have had no reply.

What would everyone suggest? How long would you leave it before contacting again? (Last message was sent yesterday morning around 10am).

File a non paying bidder dispute and close it 4 days later.

Stop people like that from doing it again and again and again.
