Your experiences of The AA, and Bradford and Bingley

I've been looking for new quotes and have narrowed it down to 2 options. The AA and Bradford and Bingley.
The only difference between the policies is the level of Buildings insurance. Unlimited for The AA, and £400,000 for Bradford and Bingley. Our homes rebuild cost is approx £129k.
Can anyone offer advice based on experiences with the 2.

[SIZE=-1]To equate judgement and wisdom with occupation is at best . . . insulting.

As AA is a broker, you may need to look at the actual product/insurer.I am a mortgage broker. I have just taken B&C cover with AA. We have used them before but have not made a claim so I cannot comment on customer service. However the price was the most competitive for the cover that we want for this year.
Bear in mind AA do have a £100 compulsory excess on claims. Last year I had £50 but prices for this were not attractive this year - your circumstances may be different however.0
