problem getting tomtom updates .

in Motoring
keep plugging in tomtom v2 europe ..and clicking on tomtom home for updates and i get a ."there was a problem contacting tomtom plus , please try later.

3 days now .

any ideas / comments ??

    Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Name Dropper Combo Breaker
    Try and re-install the Tomtom home software and make sure the internet connection is OK. Following that, got to https://www.tomtom.com and send them an email to check things out at their end.

    i'd used the tomtom cd to download ... but i've now downloaded it from their site .. and it worked fine !!
