Home Insurance - Is it legal to...

I have had my renewal paperwork for my home insurance. The price is 326 pounds.
I have run a comparison and if I were to take a brand new policy out with the same insurer this would be 60 pounds cheaper.....
Is it legal for me not to renew the existing policy but buy a new policy with the same provider?

Give them a ring first to see if they will price match. If not,
just tell them that you do not want to renew. Make a note of the time, date and name of the person yu speak to.
Just go online and order the new one.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
