Losing benefits following an inheritance

If someone inherits the flat they live in do they lose benefits. the person in question is on jobseekers etc?

Need more information before a definite answer. I take it before they were left the flat they were living in it rent free?

If they were claiming LHA to pay the rent before they inherited it, then obviously this would stop, although they could carry on claiming JSA and CTB.0
