Hello
Quite simply has anyone any experience of this website?
I am looking to buy a sofa and found this website via the 'corporate auctions blog' but I can't find any reviews.
Can anyone help?
Thank you

Interesting it seems to be an online version of a Bricks & Mortar auction site in that you have to pay a buyers premium on purchases along with VAT and on most of the larger stuff it's collection only from Stockport within a couple of weeks of the sale. The credit card is an up front deposit of £100.
There's also a bit on their front page that says any bids within a short time of the auction finish will mean the auction runtime is extended, rather like it would be if you were live bidding in an auction room and the auctioneer is playing bidders off against each other.
Could be a good way of getting cheap stock for selling on if you can collect.0 -
why is it that if i dont bid on an item it sells very cheap, but always appears in the next weeks auction (apparently unsold), but when i do bid the prices rise to a record high for the same items. Methinks that there is someone back in the office waiting for people to bid on an item then pushing up the prices with false bids. How would we know? I have been experimenting with this theory too long for it to be a coincidence.0

Andihack, you need permission from MSE to post. I suggest you stop spamming until you have it.0
