We can see you are a newbie but when people were commenting on the phrasing of your post it was so that you would be more likely to get the maximum response with suggestions that could help you.Ok

.Don't take it personally if someone says that they do not understand your phrasing. If you are a manager you should already understand that communication is a two way process and seeking clarification of what is being asked is a good way to start.
Good luck with getting matters resolved.0 -

Nobody is passing judgement, we can't understand and we don't want to give the wrong advice. There is no need to get personal, how rude when people take time out of their day to respond to your thread.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
I for one commented on the difficulty understanding you, and made suggestions :Ok

1) CAB if you have difficulty with the forms or
2) clarification of your posts - without which it is impossible to advise sensibly
I even gave you a list of simple questions - nice one-line questions, all relevant, divived by easy-to-read *s
All you had to do was reply in the same way!
Then I'd have been able to make useful suggestions.
However if you have now resolved things yourself with TDS, then that's good.0
