Have messages regarding free listing days stopped?

I've been waiting for a free listing days for ages but not getting emails about it, I do not go on there very often now.

I've just looked on general updates this morning and I've missed one last weekend. Annoying!! How do I opt into getting messages and updates as the only ones I seem to be get getting are the ones about upping my performance, I am not getting anything else - they do not even appear in 'my messages' just on the general announcements page.

Have they stopped emailing everyone about the free listing days?

PS. They must be getting desperate to give free listings to business sellers too!!!

I am getting the nectar points ones but not the ones regarding free listings. it says I am subscribed. Hmmmm.....

You need to go in on a friday evening as a matter of course and check the 'news' section.

Are they in your spam folder? Due to the word 'insertion' or something?

OP, if you have a warning about your selling it may mean you are not eligible for the free listings anymore.

No, I still get free listings. I've had the 'warning' for months now. I listed some items last month and got them free but the warnings started in July. I mentioned it back then.

There is nothing I can do to up them other than start selling in high volume...... ah, you see now. More sales, more fees....... it's not a flawed system, surely???

I posted my stats on the other thread, they are not bad!!

I had a couple of neutrals for slow postage last year but I have posted within the times specified (3 days). I cannot do more than that - the 3 days is there for a reason as I do not live near a post office and some items will be too big for the post box.

The main problem is that people do not read the delivery times and expect the delivery right away. I know this because I have it with my (non ebay) mail order business too. I have dates specified like Amazon and people still email asking where their goods are.

Thanks Soo, not been on here for ages either but I have subscribed to that thread with email notification. I did check it last week and there was no eBay ones in there.

I don't get these messages either. I have 100% positive feedback though not much activity. I try to remember to check here as it saves me trying to remember to check on a Friday evening.
