re-solicitors costs

Hi Guys, can someone give me a ballpark figure for solicitors fees to sell a house for £113K, leeds area.?

    I would ring around a few places to get an idea of price.

    I recently bought a house in leeds and the fees were £600, and that was discounted.

    Not sure what the difference in fees is between buying and selling though.

    Can't give you a price but I used Enact in West Yorkshire some years ago and was pleased with the service.

    The fee for selling is normally a little lower than the fee for buying and of course, you don't have the disbursements to pay.

    AFAIK it's fee + VAT + LR office copy entries and that's about it.
