PayPal Dispute

Someone was selling an Xbox 360 game cheap on a forum, so I bought it from him and paid using PayPal, but I have still have not received it. I tried contacting him on the forum (where he told me he was selling the game), but he didn't reply back to my messages.
I have now opened a PayPal dispute, for item not received, but the seller is now lying and claiming the item was a 'digital goods'.
What should I do???
Will PayPal side with the seller???
Thanks

unless they said that in the auction i doubt paypal will side with them. Did you pay with a credit card?"Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0

take a screen shot of the original ad and send it to Paypal...Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0

On the forum in his 'signature', it just says:
Selling Fifa 13 for Xbox 360 For £15. PM me for further details.
Can a seller 'pull a fast one' by claiming the purchased item was a 'digital' item, or do they investigate further?0
