Who owns the machines? You could contact them, but they'll probably want to wait for the machines to be balanced. Normally done once per week. Any excess will be refunded to your account.0

They will point you back to your own bank. Contact your bank, they will have a form to fill in or may be able to sort it over the phone depending who your bank is - but you won't get the cash back instantly, it will take some time.
The problem with the Access Card could be that it expired some time in the 1980s...0 -
Contact your card providers (ask for disputes department) who will start the process for you.
Usual takes around a month to complete.
Should see a temporary refund onto your account in a few days.

Yes the Access card does exist - keep up to date you doubters. It's now owned by PayPal and after several phone calls have now received my money back. Thanks.0

The proper access card , run by the joint credit card company in southend, was merged with mastercard in 96 i think
This is not the proper one obviously!For everthing else there's mastercard.
