Saw this on Facebook & thought it's a good idea for MSE'ers who have feral/stray cats in there garden..

I came across this site a while ago http://www.alleycat.org/page.aspx?pid=631 and bookmarked as really need to replace the aging dog kennel in the garden which my cats use for shelter if they're stuck outside when I'm not in (roof now has an extra tarpaulin on as felt is rotten and it's generally just "had it":o).

You can get large storage tubs at places like £stretcher etc for reasonable amounts ....... on my "to do" list!

Excellent, ferals love some decent shelter, and it makes a huge difference to their health and quality of life.

Dont forget to make sure any ferals you feed are neutered, or you'll be feeding a lot more the following year. (local rescues should lend you a trap and do it for free).

Aye,the ASSIS will lend you a trap for a refundable deposit & help neature the cat as well.
