Hi diary

Thanks for popping by beanielou xxx it's so sad about my granny, I need to go and see her but despite the fact that she lives 10 mins away and I literally drive past her house on my way to work I hardly see her. I'm so guilt ridden. I can't talk about it to my dad cus I don't want to upset him. I have no idea as to what treatment she is getting if any and her prognosis.
Onto my debts - we r still going strong keeping within our weekly budget. My husband has fixed a faulty sensor on my car so my fuel consumption should be less and also swinton sent us a nice cheque for £30 as cashback for when we took out our home insurance policy
I would like to start doing the rounding up my bank accout like some on here to and put it towards the hsbc credit card.December 11 2012 balances

hello diary
not a lot to report on the debt free journey other than we are still on budget and ploughing on. I actually love saving money now and have no desire to splurge on the credit cards like before. Im no way cured from my spending addiction but im getting there and my mind set is changing. I love how we are sticking to the meal plan and how it works, our shoppin is generally under £60 (family of 4) per week yet we are eating better than ever and not running out of food mid week! I get the whole family involved when meal planning partly because my mind goes blank and also it means we are planning meals which we will all enjoy.
Jobs for the rest of the week -

:T Great news! I'd have hated being watched too!:eek:I'm pretty sure I won't get any charges this month as my current acc has been in the black all month. We totalled up £426 of charges since may 2012!!!!
 That's the trouble ... once you get one, it seems to take loads of extra charges before you "get out the hole" - my bank very kindly apply charges on the 27th of the month ..... as I'm paid the last working day, it's usually just before I get paid (when there's no money in it) & therefore go over OD limit ... get more charges etc etc
:j:j Brilliant news - you've made some big steps ..... well done:D4 weeks since we last used a credit card :j :beer:Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Happy saturday! I love the weekends
we are staying at my mums last night andtonight friday and saturday as hubby is away but ive just nipped home with the kids for a couple of hours to do some laundry (my mum lives just a couple of mins away!) and theres no hot water or heating. This happens quite a lot to our combi boiler and its something to do with the pressure. My hubby knows how to sort it so he will fix it tomorrow but bbbrrrrrrrrrrrrr its cold!! thank god we r going back to mums soon!
My mum treated us to an indian last night which was really nice! I love indian food but since LBM we havent had a takeaway! LOVELY
Barclaycard wrote to me telling me they are reducing my credit limit from £5000 to £3800. This isnt a problem at all as the cards are cut up but i hope it wont negetively affect my credit score as the provided reduced it rather than I did it myself??
Also i made £60 on ebay this week! Good news especially at this time of year. All parcels posted this morning apart from 2 who havent paid yet :mad:
Anyway im now off to take the kids to the nursery xmas fayre and then my son has a party tonight. What id give for their social life!December 11 2012 balances

Hello Diary

So today is the day that our tax credits gets paid so this marks the 4 week cycle has started again. All the money which was left in the bank account yesterday we used to pay childminder (£120) and we still had £50 left so I went to the bank today to pay towards the HSBC credit card. Im actually looking forward to the statement coming in the post!!! We dont have online banking for this particular account. Could do with sorting that out.
After going to the town me and my daughter went to do the weekly shop from the meal plan and it came in £9 under budget at £51
pre LBM we used to go wild in asda (LOL) on tax credits day and would easily spend £100 then the rest of the month would go on credit cards! I love moneysaving!
Xmas shopping wise ive just got both sets of parents, my grandparents and siblings left to buy for. I hope its not the thing for us to buy gifts at work for each other. This is my first year with them. actually just got a bit stressed thinking about christmas then... thats not goodDecember 11 2012 balances
