Hi Guys, can someone give me a ballpark figure for solicitors fees to sell a house for £113K, leeds area.?

It's more about housing in general and less about mortgages like this one.

It's worth noting that you can use a solicitor from anywhere, you just have to factor in whether distance will be an issue if you need to see them face to face.
