after receving this months bt bill (£67) I really must look into finding a cheaper provider.

broadband with tiscali £17.99
bt for line rental and calls

anyone know of offers for broadband/free calls and line rental? i know of the talk talk plan - is this the real deal??

also because of 5 children at home (!) I would love to be able to barr the phone from making outgoing calls to mobiles. so basically uk landline calls allowed only....is this possible?

thanks, trying to have a day of sorting out all household bills today - proving to be a nightmare so any advice much appreciated
