scottish gas refund help

ok im still having problems lol
recieved a letter today from scottish gas who told me i only credited my account with *drum rolls* £10 between the 17th jun and 6th July

they have asked for reciepts
i dont have them all but i have some to prove that i purchased more than £10 between this period :T , also i have this final bill.

contacted energywatch who asked for a copy of this bill i have so i have sent this off, lets hope i hear some good news soon.

one last thing , while they were investigating my account it seems that on the new meter i had installed, another £267 has shown on my account as owed to me, so seems investigating the whole account turned out more than good the check will be with me in the next week.

*i have snipped part of my bill but take a look at this and please someone tell me what they think.*

hi sorry to be a pain but could someone look at this part of the bill and let me know if this is some proof that i could use against BG
