gadget insurance for singletrip

does anyone know if it's possible to get cover for gadgets whilst abroad, trying to figure out if it will be worth taking/insuring them for an upcoming trip,
Got:
compact digi camera
dslr
mobile phone
kindle
nexus 7
laptop (but will probably leave that at home tbh)

going to vietnam, so imagine the cost of insurance might be high enough to put me off taking most of it!
if anyone knows a company that will cover a single trip that'd be useful as I've trawled google for a while and not turned up anything that looks that decent (most want to cover me for 10-20 quid a month for 12 months)

None that I know of but most "gadget" insurance is fairly poor cover given the high claims rates they suffer from.

Will your travel insurance not cover most of these items? The other normal cover would be you Personal Possessions cover on your Home insurance (if you take it) but a claim for a lost Kindle is unlikely to make sense (though a lost bag with them all in most likely would)

my current travel insurance documents have a section about optional gadget cover, however I never got the option, and they say they can't add it to an annual policy after it has started! (not surprising they don't want to look at it since it was so cheap...)
might just boil it down to one camera and the nexus 7...
