Postage - Do I refund?

            Returning to the original question.
Frankly, if I had been a buyer who had paid £11 for an item including postage and had then received a substantial refund of £3.80 I would be delighted and very happy to give 5* DSRs.
I certainly wouldn't have the inclination to quibble over another 70p!"The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.

If I find I've overcharged by a £1 or more then I always refund.
This sometimes happens when I think something will be small packet, but it slips through the large letter slot when I get to the post office.
My normal P&P rate is cost of stamp plus 10p for packing, unless I'm using recycled packaging, when it's just cost of the stamp.
I do think it's wise to do some sort of refund if you accidently overcharge, in order to protect your stars.Early retired - 18th December 2014

Have bought myself some new scales, and a guide from the post office and gone through all my items carefully and already on (listing ends Saturday) but I may try the postage included route as that seems like a good idea.
