They said no to my claim

Hi I am sure someone can advise.
I called the PPI claim line at LTSB and asked them to look into a couple of my accounts as PPI was included and I hadn't been told. I have just received a three page letter outlining the reason why they have reached a decision that I don't have a case. Can you advise me of the next steps to take.
Thanks

You dont have to be physically told. you would have been given documents which you should/would have read and signed to agree to it.
Was this a face to face sale or over the internet.
What reasons have they given for declining your claim.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Do be aware that the Ombudsman process is currently taking in excess of a year.0 -
What were your reasons for complaint?
what evidence exists to support your reasons?
There is nothing wrong with having PPI. The issue is whether there was wrongdoing in selling it to you or setting it up. Without knowing your reasons no-one can comment on what your next action should be.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). You can't simply remember what your complaint reasons were?0 -
No I have the three page later and I can remember the complaint reasons however I don't have the original contracts to check. My complaint was based on the fact that the loan and credit card were taken out over the phone and I wasn't aware that a proportion of the payments I made were being allocated to PPI.0

You would have been sent the contracts to sign after your telephone sale, so how you can truthfully say you weren't aware of the PPI is beyond me. Did you always sign contracts without reading them?0 -
And are you always so rude!0
