Blackhorse Challenge upheld

Hi All,
Last week I posted about Blackhorse offering me a pro rata rebate (no repayment of PPI premiums, just the extra amouts i would have paid in interest over the course of the loans). I had put in a challenge immediately when I recieved the letter from them but didnt mention it as I know how some of you feel about it.
I am pleased to say that, without offering any new evidence, but asking them to look carefully at the conduct of the account they have now changed their decision and are now offering me a full refund of all ppi premiums paid and interest.
They said I will recieve the new offer within a week.
Needless to say im pleased, I felt really passionate about being mis sold this as I really wasnt told about it.
The challenge took 4 weeks and i just thought what is 4 weeks extra if im going to have to go to the FOS and wait 12 - 18 months.
Sometimes a challenge does work! :j
