I depends on your router. You mentioned Virgin - do you have a Superhub?

    I'm guessing it is

Try this through a wired device

Click on http://192.168.0.1/ and you should see a predominantly red login screen.

Default user is admin and default password changeme - I'm guessing you've never changed them.

Click on the big red friendly WiFi button and you will get the WiFi settings where you can set a new passphrase. Try to make it a mix of characters numbers and symbols and fairly long. You'll then need to change the passord to that on your WiFi devices or use the WPS button pressing you did when you first connected them.

Hopefully this link will work for WPS setup...

There are various alternatives - check the VM help pages.

Generic instructions - post details of your router for more specific help
    • Log into your router's web interface (use a wired connection if possible, otherwise you will be disconnected from the router as soon as you apply the new password)
    • Find the wireless security section
    • It will show the encryption method being used, (WEP/WPA2 etc) if WEP, you should seriously consider changing to WPA2.
    • Under this you should see your wireless password (may be called WEP/WPA key / passphrase / Network Security Key) - Change this making it as complicated as possible by using a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols.
    • Save/Apply the changes.

You will need to enter the new passphrase on all wireless devices
How do I add a signature?

Really not a good idea to hand out your wireless key to anyone knocking on the door. Are you aware that doing this also gives her access to any files that you are sharing on your network?
