I'm sure this is a new scam so I won't be joining but I would still like to know how it operates.
Baltia Capital Investment Ltd., one of the major players on
the Baltic private equity market, encourages you to apply a
part-time escrow agent position with our company. This is a
home-based job that does not require any in-depth knowledge
of finance or a great investment of time. Also, no
investment is required on your end. If you believe that you
are a responsible person with some multi-task skills, this
is the right position for you.

Looks like some kind of a work-by-email scam or pyramid

HOW YOU CAN HELP
At the moment, US Patriot Act forbids international clients
to hold bank accounts in the US banks. All investment
transactions made to Eastern European and Baltic companies
by individuals are also subject to great and often
unnecessary scrutiny, which brings a lot of inconvenience
both to investment companies and their clients. Being a
small company and working on a highly competitive market, we
do not want to load our American clients, who are chiefly
individuals, with the additional overheads associated with
the upkeep of a duly registered US office. That is why we

Your escrow commission is calculated on the following table:

Amount transferred, total Commission rate
<$50,000 5%
$50,000 - $150,000 7%
$150,000 - $500,000 10%
$500,000 and over 15%

Your escrow commission is deducted directly from the amount
that you receive for further transfer. That means that you
do not have to wait till the end of the month to receive
your reward. Instead, you receive the commission as soon as
you transfer the money to the client investment account.

Have a look at THIS site. The fifth link down will give you info on this company. My advice is delete it. It's spam. The company domain was only registered last month. Very odd for a company that claims to have been in buisiness since 1995.

I got another 15 today, so far, which is unusual as I do NOT click on any unexpected mail. Use preview before I even download them. I'm sure there must be some sort of virus somewhere as the names seem to be randomly generated. Someone/somewhere is being used as a drone.
