Nationwide - Advice please, how long should I wait

Hi All
I have applied for first time buyer mortgage with Nationwide. MIP given, found property I wanted to buy. Mortgage was for 102k, putting down 18k. No bad credit history, No debt. All paperwork required from me given to FA. Valuation done on 11th October, with a text from NW to say it was booked. Nothing since. I am using an FA who told me over week ago that we should hear within two days. It has been over a week since he said this and my last two calls to him have not been returned. Am I able to contact NW direct? or should I continue to chase FA? Your advice would be appreciated. Thank you

I hate waiting too. My last application to offer with Nationwide took 20 days, I'm currently waiting on another. Give you FA a quick call. They won't mind but might tell you to be paitent!!

Thanks for prompt reply. Will give FA a call again tomorrow and will take a look at the link you sent.0
