Depends on what you're sending I suppose.

I've posted there a few times with no problems. But then they were all low value items which would of been no huge loss to myself if they had disappeared.

I doubt it will be a high value item, just a jacket im selling, and only started at 99p.
I just remember reading about some people having problems posting to specific places, italy being one and thought i should ask before letting a potential bidder know if ill post there.
    Thanks for the help :)

I've posted to Italy several times as well with no problems.

If items started disappearing I would block those countries, but so far so good.

    Jinxed myself now I expect.
  • I have found post to Russia very slow - my last parcel there took 3 months to reach the buyer by which time I had refunded her and made a lost parcel claim.
I no longer send parcels there.

    Customs are a nightmare.

I have bought from Russia before, never sold there (luck of the draw, though - have sold to Ukraine and Belarus) but when buying a Russian item recently (Sochi 2014 mascot) I actually ended up finding a British importer selling through Amazon and keeping stock in the UK rather than risk it, as it is a Christmas present for my boyfriend's Olympics-mad best friends.

I do have it blocked, though if I were selling some of my Soviet collectables I might well open up to them.
